EDIBLE HONEYSUCKLE
A NEW SUPERFRUIT
Edible honeysuckle, or,
haskaps, honeyberries, sweetberrie honeysuckle, whatever,
they are all the same
superfruit. They are high in antioxidants more so that the
Blueberry,
and they have their own
unique taste, color and texture. The oblong fruit is tart
/sweet
and are very juicy. The
skin is thin and dissolves in the mouth unnoticed., make
great
jelly and jam and juice
for wine when distilled. Easy to grow, no thorns, The shrub
is
native to cooler northern
regions, are pest, like deer, resistant. Well maintained plants
will
provide a lifetime of
