Washington, D. C. White House during it's first century of existence.

March 11, 1811, Lucy Payne, the widow of a nephew of George
Washington, sister in law of President Madison, married to, Justice
Todd of the Supreme court.

1812, Anna Todd, Mrs Madison's , the President's wife, cousin,
married Edward Jackson, great uncle of Stonewall Jackson.

November 26, 1913 : The 13th bride, Jessie Wilson, President Wilson;s
daughter, married Frencis Sayer

1820, Marie Hester Monroe , President Monroe's daughter, married,
Samuel Lawrence Gouverneur of New York.

February 20, 1828, Mary Hellen, niece of Mrs Adams and John Adams,
son of President John Quincy Adams,

1829: Delia Lewis of Nashville, Tennessee, daughter of one of President Andrew
Jackson's members of his 'kitchen cabinet', married Alphonso Yver Pagot, Secretary
of the French legation.

1831: Emily Martin, niece of President Jackson, married Lewis
Donaldson, the grandson of Jefferson.

1837; Mary Easten, niece of President Jackson, married Lucien
Polk a relative of President Polk.

January 31, 1842: Elizabeth Tyler, daughter of President Tyler, married
William Waller of Williamsburg, Virginia.

May 21. 1874: Nellie Grant, a daughter of President Grant, married Algernon C. F.
Sartoris.

June 19 1879: Emily Platt, niece of President Hayes, married General Russell
Hastings, Lt. Col. 23d Regiment, Ohio Volunteers.

June 2, 1886: Francis Folsom, and President Grover Cleveland.

February 17, 1906 : Alice Roosevelt, daughter of Teddy Roosevelt married Representative
Nicholas Longworth.
